Used Thermador Pro Harmony vs New NXR

I can purchase either a 3 year old Thermador 30" AG Pro-Harmony, in use for 1 year, or a new NXR 30" AG range, for about the same price (~$2000). I am torn between having the warranty on the NXR, vs. having the superior Thermador range off warranty. The Thermador brand name is also worth more in resale value, assuming it keeps working.
