Bluestar burner BTUs Empty Bluestar burner BTUs

DH and I have narrowed down our range choice to a Bluestar. Where we are stuck is the model choice of BTUs -- 15K vs 22K. I think 15K is plenty for an average home cook, he wants to up it to 22K to do stir-frys/wok cooking. Is the 22K really necessary for that, or will 15K suffice? To me the 22K is overkill and about $1500 pricier. Both models have a simmer burner. We're going with open burners, if that makes a difference. เว็บดูบอล hd
