Help with colors!

Need help with Mastic vinyl siding colors! We had hail damage and need our vinyl siding, roof and garage doors replaced! We would love to change the color from tan to gray. Would Victorian Grey be too light ? We have off white stone and hope to get a white garage carriage style door. (3 stall) .I'm going crazy thinking if this gray will be too light.... what color roof do we use ?.... will it go with the off white stone ? What color door would be good ?
