Do I need a cellar dehumidifier in this scenario?

Hi everyone, my new house has a cellar that only has access from the outside (sealed off from the inside of the house). It's very humid here in the summer and I've always used a basement dehumidifier at other places I've lived. In my current situation do you think I still should be using one or is it unnecessary since it won't effect the humidity in the rest of the house? Thanks! JOKER GAMING
