Discussion: Puyo Puyo Fever 2 Translation

This one's been on the back of my mind for years now.
With work on translating Puyo Puyo Fever 2 for PS2 on hiatus, I've always wondered why the DS version wasn't the one translated. Does the PS2 version have more content or something to justify its prioritization?
The DS version might even be easier to translate than the PS2 version. Though the only "evidence" I'm going with here is that several Puyo titles on the DS have already been translated.
Anyway, this is the only Puyo title that I haven't experienced yet and I hope to see it continue someday.
UPDATE: I'm trying out the beta translations now. But I still hope that a full translation gets released someday, at least for the DS version.

The ps2 and ds versions are the same.
