Office of the National Digital Economy and Society Commission (NorChor.) "Hold a brainstorming meeting on the preparation of (draft) guidelines, mechanisms and service models. to support accessibility and utilization of digital technology for people with disabilities.” presided over the opening speech along with Ms. Rattana Jaroonsaksit Director of the Division of Digital Driving for Society said the report.
