5. don't beg to be a monitor

ask. If I say no that means NO! ok? begging more will make less of a chance of you being a monitor

6. no need for decrypting

7. Respect copyright laws.

Punishments for not acting right

1- Warning
2-10 min timeout
3- day long timeout
4-week long timeout
5- perma-ban
