bath faucets shower heads without plastic parts? Empty bath faucets shower heads without plastic parts?

I am doing a whole house remodel and need to pick faucets for 4 bathrooms. I thought I was going to go with Moen in most of the baths but now finding reviews that complain about plastic parts in handshowers/showers. Hoping to find quality without plastic, what other brands can I look at? Brizo, Rohl, Newport Brass, California Faucets are all pretty pricey but I like them. Is there anything else?
