LG Gas Range - Life is NOT Good - Anyone else?

I bought an LG gas range less than 3 years ago. It was about $1k. 6 months after it was installed, tne burners wouldn't ignite. It took 4 service calls to get it fixed. Now, a week before Thanksgiving, the oven temp is sporadic. I payed 280.00 for a service call through LG since it is now out of warranty. Service guy came out last week and ordered a part. He came back today but called the wrong phone number so I missed the appointment. I was on the phone for literally 3 hours today with LG repair to try and re schedule. I still don't have an appointment. Has anyone else had a bad experience with LG or is this an isolated case? What can be done to get rid of this lemon? has anyone had success with getting LG to be responsive?
