Hello, my son's laptop is an Acer Nitro 5 with an RX560 graphics card. The only problem is that no matter what I do, it won't recognize that it's on the laptop.

I've tried to find the answer, but nothing works.

The laptop had been fixed before with a new CPU, and I am not sure if it is still working.
