Strange habits Windows 11 Power Plan Directx12 Intel 12th generation Empty Strange habits Windows 11 Power Plan Directx12 Intel 12th generation

If I set my computer's power plan to "high performance," it makes directX12 games' frame rates jump up and down a lot.
If I put the power plan back to "balanced," I get the speed I expect, with no sudden jumps in frame time.

I did this test on a brand-new Windows 11 install to be sure. เปิดยูสเว็บบาคาร่า
All drivers are up to date. (Motherboards, Audio, LAN, and GPU) Only the XMP version can be used to overclock.

At the end of the day, I'm glad it worked out why my computer was running slowly, but I'm curious if anyone else has had the same thing happen on their machine. And maybe someone who knows what's going on and can help figure out what's going on.
