Time for some basic trouble shooting, reboot, warning lights, no video, no boot device; remove 5700XT insert GTX670, problem persists.
Remove all GPUs, plug video into mainboard, warning light for no video goes away, no video still, no boot device light remains on, clear CMOS problem persist, no boot, no video.
Insert 5700XT, warning light for video goes away, warning light for boot device persists, no video.
The only thing left to try replace CMOS battery, IT'S ALIVE!.
This Mainboard has 11 years on it, third CMOS battery.
