Windows 11 Home Update Issuse

Not sure what windows update changed things around but I got a shadow bug windows update at some point recently on my HP laptop I3-1115g4. The issues my wifi adapter power settings changed and are no longer adjustable through GUI. I also lost screen recording through Intel Command Center latest drivers recently through the windows store update; thankfully, they dont update the beta channel only mainland? lul... When this bug showed up though on my laptop it stopped hosting my shops overnight on Ragnarok Online and started showing signs of power profile malfunction like it was trying to sleep.
