Hesitate between OLED Vs. FALD (lifetime...)

Hello (again!?),

well, i waited for OLED 27", it's coming true, but i fear the fact that this products have lifetime problem.

What would be the alternative (i can't go with IPS, never, nor curved, to the death).

I 'd need :
27" MiniLed (FALD) 120hz (at least) panel type : VA + GSync (if possible)
... but it doesn't exists non curved ?!.

And price... how can it be 1000+ when OLED is 1000 !?!
