So, what is Sonic Omens/Sonic 2020?

Sonic Omens is a sonic fangame by a russian sonic dev team headed by BOLT I, it was teased in 2020 as Sonic 2020 and heavily praised for its gameplay. However, issues arose when it was revealed the team behind it made a patreon and backlash understandably slapped them. A google doc was made to document the issues with omens' dev team and their overall piss poor behavior, i will be linking it here but TLDR; stolen assets, maria's modeler being a creep, composer literally stole a song from a cars 2 video game(i'm not kidding), previous shady how to train your dragon fangame with the same issues as omens and their staff encouraging false flagging of negative reviews.

just don't play the fucckin game, block the people behind it and warn others about omens especially if your russian. literally just go play sonic and the fallen star or other fangames with passion behind them instead of this piss poor excuse for a fan game.
