No audio in Puyo puyo Quest

Hey guys. I have a problem on Puyo puyo quest.
I installed qooapp and I downloaded puyo puyo quest it.
If I open it and there no audio or sound.
Can someone help?

Well on the title screen there is a button where if you press yes it downloads the voices.

What button color is?

Button is green but why login?
How did I register a ppq account?

I suppose that might be beyond our knowledge of Puyo Puyo Quest fixes. Try Googling "fix puyo puyo quest no audio", and you might be given 2 websites that may lead to some solutions.

I got my hint from ppq

this has happened to me on the android version and audio will only play when i had headphones on.
