Why are the positions of the forums upside-down?

Basically these forums started from bottom-up (like the 1st forum is at the bottom), while the others aren't just the same, they're like top-bottom normally. I mean, did you check the forum for something like that?

yeah im not seeing it either bud, are you using chrome? i remember someone told me that on some computers forumotion looks a bit wonky with chrome
